Telzio can under certain circumstances provide technical support via Remote Desktop. This service is only provided for troubleshooting of phones that were purchased directly from Telzio.

Remote Desktop Support cannot be requested but will be offered by our support team as a last resort when troubleshooting over the phone or chat has failed.


Getting Started

Follow these steps to initiate a remote desktop session.

  1. Click here to download the Remote Desktop Client.
  2. When the program is done downloading to your computer, find the file in your downloads folder, then open and run it.
  3. Wait for your support technician to join the session.
