About Remote Desktop Support
Telzio can under certain circumstances provide technical support via Remote Desktop. This service is only provided for troubleshooting of phone that were purchased directly from Telzio.
Remote Desktop Support can not be requested, but will be offered by our support team as a last resort when trouble shooting over the phone or chat has failed.
Getting Started with Remote Desktop Support
If you have been asked by a supporter to download the remote desktop application, please follow these instructions:
Download The Client
Click here to download the Remote Desktop Client to your computer. This will take you to a new page, where the file will start downloading automatically.
Open the Client
Once the program has finished downloading, unzip it and run the program on your computer.
Provide Session ID
If your supporter asks you for a Session ID, please provide this now. The Session ID is shown in the program.
