Telzio does not support returns or refunds on any of our products or services.
If you decide to cancel your number after you purchase it from Telzio, we will not be able to give you a refund, nor can we guarantee that you will be able to get that number back in the future. If you port in your existing number and decide to cancel your account with Telzio, we will not be able to give you a refund for the porting fee. In order to undo this action, you will have to contact the provider you wish to use and port the number away from Telzio.
Any unused credits on your Telzio account (Account Balance) can be refunded back to the credit card used when making the most recent deposit. Telzio can not issue refunds in any other way. Transaction fees are not refundable. Credits can only be refunded within 12 months from the initial deposit.
