Local Number Plan
Flexible month-to-month plans for local phone numbers. Includes a bundle of minutes and text messages based on your usage. Minutes can be used for inbound calls from anywhere and outbound calls to United States, Canada, and Mexico. All incoming text messages on local US numbers are included at no charge. Unlimited extensions are included, and more phone numbers can be added for $1 per month.

Minutes can be used for inbound calls from anywhere and outbound calls to United States, Canada, and Mexico. Unlimited extensions are included, and more toll free numbers can be added for $5 per month.

Texting Messaging
For local phone numbers, all incoming text messages are free of charge. For sending text messages from local numbers, bundles starting at 250 messages for $13. For texting on toll free numbers, pricing starts at 250 messages for $24, which includes both incoming and outgoing messages.
Free Inbound SMS
$0 for inbound texts to US and Canada.
All inbound text messages received on local phone numbers are included at no charge.
Internal Calling & Texting
Calling and text messaging internally between extensions is included. Internal calls do not count towards minutes when dialing extensions using Telzio phones and apps.
Free Internal Calling
Free users, and user-to-user calling.
Telzio Mobile & Web Apps
Use of the mobile app and the webphone are included. Immediate calling capabilities included from day one of your trial. Convenient way to get people up and running without any hardware or costs.

How it works
Committed use plans do not include a set number of minutes. You commit to a minimum monthly spend, and that determines your minute rate. The higher the commitment, the lower the rate will be.
Based on your historical usage, we'll help you determine the optimal level of commitment to deliver you the most cost savings. There are no overages or hidden fees, and commitments can be modified anytime. For companies with local phone numbers that require both calling and text messaging. The minimum commitment is $250 per month, with a minute rate of 0.04¢ per minute and 0.05¢ per outbound text message. All inbound text messages on local numbers are free. International calling rates may apply.

Toll free calling and text messaging
For companies with local and toll free numbers that require both calling and text messaging. The minimum commitment is $250 per month, with a minute rate of 0.05¢ per minute and 0.096¢ per outgoing and incoming text message. International calling rates may apply.
