Set inbound destinations

Configure inbound call and SMS routing for your phone numbers by setting an inbound destination.

In order for callers to connect to your phone number, you first need to choose an inbound call destination and an inbound SMS destination for that number.

You can configure destinations for your phone numbers on your Telzio Dashboard.

If you do not set an inbound destination, calls/messages to the number will not be connected/delivered.

Inbound call destinations

  1. Go to Plans & Numbers
  2. Click on the plan where the number is located to expand it
  3. Click on the phone number to open its configuration settings
  4. Under Inbound Call, select one of the following options:
    • No Destination - rejects calls and does not incur minute usage
    • Call Flow - routes calls to a call flow
    • User - routes calls directly to one user
    • Group - rings users in the group at the same time
    • External Phone Number - routes calls to a non-Telzio number
