Listen to and download call recordings

How to listen to and download your call recordings online and through the app.

You can listen to your call recordings from the Telzio Dashboard and the Telzio Mobile App.

Call recordings on the dashboard

From the dashboard, you can view details about each call recording including:

  • Duration of the recording
  • Who the call was from
  • Your phone number / the number the caller dialed
  • The date and time of the recording
  • The Telzio call ID (for your reference if you need to contact our support about a particular call)
  • Who the call recording is assigned to
  • Tags applied to the recording
  • Comments and activity log on the recording

Listen to call recordings on the dashboard

  1. Navigate to Call Recordings
  2. Click on the recording
  3. Press the play button

Download call recordings from the dashboard

  1. Navigate to Call Recordings
  2. Click on the recording
  3. Click on Download File

Call recordings in the mobile app

To get to your call rcordings from the app, navigate to Menu > Recordings.

From the list view, you can swipe left to Reassign or Delete the recording.

Within each call recording, you can:

  • Press the play button to listen to the recording
  • Click on different parts of the wave form to skip to a different part of the recording
  • Press the user button to reassign the recording to another user
  • Press the Tag button to apply a tag to the recording
  • Add an internal Comment in the comment field

Click on the ellipsis (3 dots) in the upper right corner of a recording for details including:

  • The date and time of the recording
  • What extension or number was called
  • What user the call recording is assigned to
  • Tags applied to the recording
  • The Telzio call ID
