Change a user's hold music
How to update the hold music when a Telzio user extension is dialed.
You can change the hold music for each of your users, as well as upload custom hold music. This is the hold music that will play when the user is dialed directly, and will not override the hold music selected in your call flow.
To change the hold music for a specific user:
- Navigate to Users on the Telzio Dashboard and click on the user
- Click on Hold Music and select an option from the list
- Click on Update Details
You can upload custom hold music under Account Settings. Custom hold music you've uploaded will appear in the drop down list in step 2.
