Enable call recording for a user

How to enable call recording for individual users with Telzio.

The Call Recording feature can be enabled on a per-user basis and will automatically record all inbound and outbound calls to and from the user. Recordings can be accessed via the Call Recordings tab and do not expire unless a data retention policy is set.

To enable call recording for a user:

  1. Navigate to Users on the Telzio Dashboard and click on the user
  2. Toggle Record Calls to ON
  3. Click Update Details
