Change devices during a call through call flipping
How to flip a live call to a different device without ever needing to hang up the call.
Call flipping allows you to switch the device you are using during an active call. With minimal interuption, you can can adapt to different situations and maintain continuity of your call.
For instance, you can start your call at your desk phone then flip the call to your Telzio Mobile App as you head over to your meeting, lunch, or home and vice versa.
How to call flip
Before initiating a call flip, similar to a regular call transfer, you will want to first notify the other party that you will be transfering the call to a different device to continue the conversation.
- On your current device, select transfer
- Enter your own extension
- Press send or transfer
- Pick up the call on the other device
