Phone Analytics on your Telzio Dashboard provides statistics and graphs on the calling and text messaging activity across your phone system. Sort by dates, phone numbers, and call queue groups to get usage information for any given period.
Under Calls, you can view the total number of calls, average call duration, and number of missed calls for the dates and phone numbers selected.
Under Messages, you can view the total number of SMS text messages, number of received text messages, and number of sent text messages for the selected dates and phone numbers.
Under Queues, you can see the average time a caller spends in the queue, the average call duration of a call from the queue, and the total number of calls routed through the queue.
