Each user has an extension, and you can add and delete users at no cost.

Once you hit save and create this new user, the user will get an email with the login settings for their phone.
When you add a new user there are no charges on your account and no contracts to sign.
Users can set up their voicemail directly through their phone by hitting the voicemail button or by dialing *98. This will take them to the settings where they can record a voicemail greeting and check messages.
Besides creating free phone extensions for everyone, you can customize your phone system to handle incoming calls in different ways (i.e. phone menu, receptionist, business hours). This is done with Call Flows, where you can customize menu greetings, call routing to groups, queues, and hold music.
