We know how important it is for small businesses to analyze their phone usage – especially if you’re running customer service or sales via phone. So besides improving our built-in call logging features for your Telzio phone system, we’ve also been working on an integration with the world’s most widely used web analysis tool.
I’m proud to present the first beta of our Google Analytics phone integration – and yes, it taps directly into your existing Google Analytics profile, and adds information about inbound and outbound calls. You can even see call data in real-time on your Google Analytics control panel.
How to setup Google Analytics with Telzio.
It’s easy to set Telzio up to report to Google Analytics and start tracking your phone usage. Simply go to your Account Page, and add your “Google Analytics Property ID” to your account. You’ll find the property ID in your Google Analytics dashboard, and it looks something like this: UA-XXXXXXXX-1.
Currently, we’re only reporting inbound and outbound calls, but we’ll soon be reporting more call data about how your callers are navigating through your phone system.
