With our visual and simplistic approach, you can change the hours any time you like from opening to close and assign the calls to a specific destination based on your rules.
Setting Business Hours
The Opening Hours feature enables you to create different call routing systems for when your business is open and for after hours.
To set your business hours, mark the days you're open and set the slider to your open and close times. Use your mouse to drag the slider, which moves in 15 minute incrementsHold down Command on Mac. orControl on PC5 minute increments while dragging the slider to move in .
Once you set your business hours and hit update, you'll be presented with two potential paths - one for when you're open and one for when you're closed. From there you can set the features to route calls accordingly.
