Update to Opening Hours Feature in Call Flows
Modifying different hours and routing calls based on your own business schedule has never been easier, now with Telzio’s new and updated Opening Hours feature. With our visual and simplistic approach, you can change the hours any time you like from opening to close and assign the calls to a specific destination based on your rules.
Setting Business Hours
The Opening Hours feature enables you to create different call routing systems for when your business is open and for after hours.
To set your business hours, mark the days you're open and set the slider to your open and close times. Use your mouse to drag the slider, which moves in 15 minute increments. Hold down Command on Mac or Control on PC while dragging the slider to move in 5 minute increments.
Once you set your business hours and hit update, you'll be presented with two potential paths - one for when you're open and one for when you're closed. From there you can set the features to route calls accordingly.
