You can now create a 4 digit PIN code for accessing User Voicemails through your Telzio phone system. The PIN code can be created/edited by both the Administrator and the User. After the PIN is created, the user will be prompted to enter the PIN each time when checking voicemail.
Voicemail PINs add security to your phone system, enabling only the person with the PIN code to retrieve voicemails from the device. Voicemail PINs are optional, and can be edited/remove anytime.

As an administrator of your Telzio phone system, you can create users and edit their details. To add a voicemail PIN for a user, visit the Users page of your Dashboard and click on the user to find the voicemail PIN settings.
Users have access to create their own PIN by visiting their User Settings on the Dashboard.
