What it's like switching to Telzio
What happened next is best told in Kyle’s own words.
I’m a Fractional Chief Operating Officer, so when our CRM Provider threatened to delete our Phone System "because they could," I knew we were in for a long and painful struggle.
Everything in Telecom is awful. The Sales Reps, the Contracts, the Service, the Costs, the Fees, it’s just all terrible everywhere.
All we needed was a Softphone with Unlimited Users. That’s it. An App that can make a phone call and send text messages. So I spent a week researching and created a short list of 27 phone system providers.
That’s when I found Telzio. It wasn’t even a link, it was just their name in plain text on a Reddit post. So I read through every page on their website, their help and admin, and their API and Webhook Documentation. Satisfied that they could solve our problem, I scheduled a demo with Nora Bajao to make sure they could. And their product was exactly what I thought it would be, and it was exactly what I was looking for.
So we signed a contract for a trial period. The phone number porting process was extremely easy, and their support helped us through the 10DLC registration for sending SMS. It was a seamless migration from our old Phone System that our CRM Provider had setup to Telzio.
Now we get unlimited internal calls and conferences, and all of our phone calls (internal and external) are automatically recorded so we can reference them later to learn from them. The automatic phone call recording alone is worth every penny and it by itself has started to increase our revenue.
Telzio is a fantastic product and their company is extremely easy to work with. They blow everyone in Telecom out of the water.
