What it's like switching to Telzio

What happened next is best told in Kyle’s own words, describing the real challenges of switching phone system providers.

I’m a Fractional Chief Operating Officer, so when our CRM Provider threatened to delete our phone system simply because they could, I knew we were in for a long and painful struggle.

Everything in telecom is awful. The sales reps, the contracts, the service, the costs, the fees, it’s just all terrible everywhere.

All we needed was a softphone with Unlimited Users. That’s it. An app that could make phone calls and send text messages. So I spent a week researching and created a short list of 27 phone system providers.

That’s when I found Telzio. It wasn’t even a link, it was just their name in plain text on a Reddit post. So I read through every page on their website, their help center and admin tools, and their API and webhook documentation. Satisfied that they could solve our problem, I scheduled a demo with Nora Bajao to make sure they could. Their product was exactly what I thought it would be and exactly what I was looking for.

So we signed a contract for a trial period. The phone number porting process was extremely easy, and their support helped us through the 10DLC registration required for sending SMS. It was a seamless migration from the old phone system our CRM Provider had set up to Telzio.

Now we get unlimited internal calls and conferences, and all of our phone calls, internal and external, are automatically recorded so we can review them later and learn from them. The automatic call recording alone is worth every penny and has already started to increase our revenue.
