Telzio enables you to switch devices during an active call. You can move from your desk phone to your mobile device, and vice versa, without ending the call.
In order to complete a Call Flip, you need to have an extension associated with your user.
If you don’t have an extension or can’t remember it, contact your phone system administrator.
How to Switch Devices During a Call
Completing a Call Flip is accomplished in the same way as transferring a call. During an active call:
- Hit the Transfer button on your device where you’re currently on a call.
- Dial your extension.
- Hit Send.
- Answer the call on your other device where you want to continue the call.
