Manage your account balance
Where to find your account balance and how to enable auto recharge.
Monthly plan and usage charges will be charged to your available Telzio account balance. You can find your current account balance in the top right hand corner of your dashboard.
From here you will also be able to see if auto recharge is enabled or disabled. If enabled, your balance will replenish to cover plan and usage costs automatically using the payment method you have on file.
You can enable auto recharge and make manual deposits under Billing.
A positive account balance is required to maintain active service with Telzio.
