Download the Telzio Mobile App, where you can make and receive calls or manage your voicemail, text messages, recordings, preferences, and more.

Whether you're at your desk or on the go, the Telzio Mobile App lets you seamlessly manage your calls and messages. Have full control over your availability, manage your voicemail, handle your communications, and adjust your preferences, all from your smartphone.

How to install the Telzio Mobile App

The Telzio Mobile App is available for iOS and Android devices in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Follow these steps to install the app:

  1. Open the app store on your device.
  2. Search for "Telzio" and locate "Telzio, phone systems in the cloud." Alternatively, use the links below to download the app directly:
  3. Tap Install to begin the download.

Handling calls with the mobile app

Once logged into the app, you can immediately start making and receiving calls.

Outbound calls

You can make calls in several ways:

  • Use the dial pad to enter the phone number or extension and press the green Call button.
  • If you have access to multiple numbers, you can call out using a different phone number by entering a number in the dial pad, holding down the green Call button, and selecting the desired outbound number.
  • Access your recent calls in the Recents tab to redial numbers or call back missed calls.
  • Navigate to Menu to review voicemail and call recordings, then place a call if needed.

Inbound calls

Inbound calls will appear as a "Telzio Audio" notification on your smartphone.

  • Queue Availability: Use the mobile app to manage your availability for your call queues. (Learn more)
  • Do Not Disturb (DND): Enable DND mode to stop your mobile app from receiving calls temporarily.

Messaging with the mobile app

The app allows you to manage conversation threads assigned to you and send new messages or photos.

  • Access the Messages tab to view and respond to existing conversations.
  • Send new text messages or multimedia directly from the app.

The Telzio Mobile App enables seamless collaboration with your team.

  • Collaborate on text messages, voicemails, and call recordings. (Learn how)

  • Access the company directory via the Contacts tab to connect with colleagues.

Customizing your preferences

The app offers easy access to personalize your user settings:

  • Update your profile information visible to other users.
  • Listen to and customize your voicemail greeting.
  • Set up call forwarding for unanswered calls.
  • Choose a custom ringtone for incoming Telzio calls (currently on iOS only).
  • Adjust the app’s appearance and network settings.
