Set up routing for unanswered calls
How to configure the routing for unanswered calls to a user.
You can specify where a user’s unanswered calls go when their extension is dialed directly.
This does not apply to calls forwarded to the user within a call flow.
To set up routing for unanswered calls to a user:
- Navigate to Users and click on the user
- Select one of the options under Unanswered Calls
- Voicemail (default)
- Keep Ringing
- Call Flow
- User
- Group
- External Phone Number
- Select the Ring Duration from the dropdown to determine how long the call should ring before routing to the option selected in the prior step
- Click Update Settings
