Update your Telzio plan

How to change, pause, and cancel your monthly plans.

Telzio enables you to change your plan anytime as needed to accommodate changes in your usage.

Change a plan

You can change a plan anytime during the month. Unused minutes will not roll over.

1. Navigate to Plans & Numbers
2. Click on the plan
3. Click on Change Plan
4. Select the usage needed
5. Confirm the plan changes

Pause a plan

You can pause a plan anytime during the month. Once the plan is paused, you will not be able to make or receive calls or messages on that phone number. The phone number will remain reserved on your account, but will not be in use.

1. Navigate to Plans & Numbers
2. Click on the plan
3. Click on Pause Plan
4. Confirm the pause

Cancel a plan

You can cancel a plan anytime during the month. Unused minutes are nonrefundable.

1. Navigate to Plans & Numbers
2. Click on the plan
3. Click on Cancel Plan
4. Confirm the cancellation
