Managing user 2FA
How to ensure your users have 2FA enabled.
Hackers get creative with the different phishing attempts or scamming schemes they have in their arsenal. The data thieves' methods will change often, but your passwords may not change as much.
To prevent unauthorized access to your business phone system, it is strongly recommended that users enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA or MFA) within their user settings. Some companies require this a company security policy which admins can verify within their dashboard.
Admins can identify the 2FA activation status on the right-hand side of Users. The grey lock icon indicates that the user has not enabled 2FA on their account whereas a blue lock icon indicates 2FA was enabled.
