About call recordings and how to access recordings with Telzio.
If call recording is enabled for your user, all your phone calls will be recorded and stored on your dashboard. Contact your administrator to learn about enabling/disabling call recording.
Access call recordings
You can play, download, manage, and collaborate on call recordings from the Telzio Dashboard. There is no limit to call recording storage, and the recordings will remain on your dashboard until deleted by you or your company's data retention settings.
