Reset user password

How to reset the password for a Telzio user.

When a user forgets their password, you can send them a reset password link from the Telzio Dashboard, as well as change their password on their behalf.

The user can also click on Forgot Password from the login page to request a password reset link.

  1. Navigate to the user on the Users page
  2. Under Update Password, ensure that the user's email address is correct
  3. Click on Send Email

Update user password

  1. Navigate to the user on the Users page
  2. Enter a new password for the user
  3. Mark the box to Require user to change password at next login
