Enable emergency 911 calling
How to enable E911 calling and register the physical location of your Telzio phone numbers.
E911 is emergency calling services for VoIP phone numbers. You can enable E911 for each phone number and register its physical address so local emergency dispatchers can find your location.
- Go to Plans & Numbers
- Click on the plan to expand it and click on the phone number
- Click on Enable under E911 Emergency Service
- Enter the address and click Validate Address
