Telzio aligns with GDPR, prioritizing user data protection, consent, privacy controls, and data access transparency to meet European privacy standards

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Telzio has implemented Data Retention tools, available within the Account Settings, which enables customers to control the duration their data is kept within Telzio.

Customers can configure the Data Retention and choose how long the below data types can be retained on their account.

• Call Logs
• Voicemails
• SMS conversations
• Fax
• Call Recordings
