Create a new user group

How to create user groups with Telzio.

Users must be assigned to at least one group. By default, you will have a Main Group where users will be assigned when you first get started.

There is no limit to the number of Groups you can add to your account.

To create a Group:

  1. Navigate to Users on your Telzio Dashboard
  2. Select New Group
  3. Enter a Group Title
  4. Assign a Group Extension
  5. Click on Add Group

By giving the group an extension, you can transfer calls to all users in the group and call all users in the Group. The first to answer will get the call.
