Update a user voicemail greeting

User voicemails come with a default greeting that can be changed by the user and by administrators.

To change the voicemail greeting for a user, navigate to Users from the Telzio Dashboard and click on the user.

Scroll down to Voicemail Greeting and update the greeting using the options provided.

• Record a greeting using your computer microphone
• Upload an audio file
• Type a greeting and choose from one of the voices

Press Play to hear the greeting. Click on any part of the waveform to skip ahead.

Click Update Greeting to save the greeting. Once you click update, the greeting will be live instantly.
