Telzio API v3

This is the newest version of Telzio's free API, and also the same as our apps are using.

Version 3 of the Telzio API is different from prior versions as all calls are now processed in lieu of a user on your account. To authentication, you must first log in with a user's credentials which will return a bearer token that can be used for other calls.
