Make your first call with Telzio
How to make a Telzio call from your computer, mobile phone, and desk phone.
Telzio enables you to make calls from any location using the device of your choice. As a Telzio User, you can make calls from your computer, smartphone, or desk phone. All you need is an internet connection to start calling.
There are three main ways to make calls with Telzio:
- With our Mobile App on your iPhone or Android phone
- With our Webphone using the web browser on your computer
- With a VoIP desk phone
The Telzio Mobile App enables you to make and receive calls with your business number on your cell phone, while keeping your personal number separate. The app also includes features for texting, voicemail, queues, recordings, and company directory.
The app is free to download, and works with WiFi or cellular data.

The Telzio Mobile App works for all modern iPhone or Android devices. You can download the app from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
You can also find the app by navigating to https://telzio.app in the web browser of the phone you want to install it on.
Call with the app
Log into the Telzio Mobile App with your username and password to start making and receiving calls.
When you first open the app, you'll be presented with the dialpad, and menu options along the bottom of the app. To navigate back to the dialpad from other screens within the app, press phone in the bottom menu. To make a call from the app, enter the phone number and press the green dial button.
The Telzio Webphone is a virtual phone that allows you to make and receive calls through the web browser on your computer, without installing any software. You can use the Webphone anywhere in the world - all you need is a computer with internet access.
Call from the Webphone
You can use the Webphone from any computer with internet access and a modern web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
- Log into the Telzio Dashboard
- Hover over the blue phone icon in the bottom right corner
- Enter the phone number and press the green dial button
Telzio works with VoIP phones such as Cisco, Yealink, Grandstream, and Polycom. Phones purchased from Telzio will be preconfigured for use with your user and extension. If you have existing phones, you can follow our setup guides or talk to your administrator about using them with Telzio.
