Get started with collaborating

Introduction to the collaboration tools available on the Telzio Dashboard and Telzio Mobile App.

From the dashboard and the mobile app you can collaborate on voicemail messages, text messages, call recordings, and faxes together with your team.

• Comments are only visible to other authorized users on your Telzio account
• Tags can be customized by your account administrator and applied as labels
• Reassign enables you to reassign a message/fax/recording to another user
