Creating user extensions

How to create extensions for your users with Telzio.

Extensions enable users to be called directly and receive call transfers from other users. There is no limit to the number of user extensions you can create. Extensions for users are optional.

User extensions can be between three to six digits and can be changed.

To define an extension for a user:

1. Navigate to Users
2. Click on the user
3. Enter the extension under 3-6 Digit Extension
4. Click Update Details
