Customize caller ID names
How to add your business name to the caller ID of your Telzio phone numbers.
You can customize CNAM or caller ID name for each phone number.
- Go to Plans & Numbers
- Click on the plan to expand it and click on the phone number
- Click on Add under Caller ID (CNAM)
- Enter a name up to 15 characters
- Click Change Caller ID
It can take between 10 days to several weeks for CNAM to update across carriers, and longer or not at all for some carriers who do not provide automatic CNAM updates to their subscribers.
There is a $15 charge each time you change the caller ID name.
