Placing calls on hold
How to place calls on hold from any Telzio phone.
When placing a call on hold, the other party on the line will hear hold music until the call is resumed. You can customize your hold music from the dashboard under User Settings.
To hold and resume a call:
- Press the Pause button to place the caller on hold
- Press the Pause button again to resume the call
