The messaging industry has implemented changes aimed to enhance sender visibility. However, these changes will affect the delivery of messages of that have not undergone the verification process. Mobile network operators will require toll-free numbers to be verified in order to direct messages into their networks. Beginning November 8, 2023, toll-free messaging aggregators will restrict all traffic originating from unverified toll-free numbers.
