Set the outbound phone number for a user

Under user details you can change the outbound phone number assigned to a user. This is the number that will display when calling out or messaging from their Telzio phone.

To set the outbound phone number for a user:

1. Navigate to Users and click on the user
2. Click on Outbound Phone Number and select a number
3. Click on Update Details

If the user has multiple phone numbers, toggle User Selectable to ON to enable them to choose which number to dial out from. This will provide them with access to a drop down list in the mobile app and webphone where they can change their number before they call or send a text.
