Log into the phone’s web interface
On most Grandstream IP phones, you can press the up arrow button on the phone to view its IP address. Type the IP address into your web browser to log into its interface. The default login is:

Update the Firmware Server Path
Next to Firmware Server Path, enter the following address into the field provided:
