Polycom SoundPoint provisioning guide

How to provision Polycom SoundPoint IP phones for calling with Telzio.

This guide outlines setup instructions for the Polycom Soundpoint IP601, which can also be followed to configure other models in the same series, including Polycom Soundpoint IP321, IP331, IP335, IP450, IP550, IP650, and IP670, and conference phones including Polycom Soundpoint IP5000, IP6000, and IP7000.

If your phone was previously used with a different provider, you should start by doing a factory reset on the phone.

If the phone is locked, you may need to reinstall the software on the phone to enable it to be used with a new provider. We're unable to provide support on locked phones, but you can refer to our support guide on how to reinstall the firmware on a Polycom Soundpoint.

You can order preconfigured phones from Telzio that arrive ready for calling. Telzio can only provide limited support on products that are not purchased directly from our shop.
