If you’re having trouble logging into the mobile app, there are a couple of things you can check.
Make sure you’re logging in with the username created for you by your administrator, and not your email.
If you don’t have a User, your account administrator can create one for you.

Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you are typing in each character correctly, and your caps lock is off.
If you still can’t log in, try resetting your password.
It’s important to note that if you reset your password, you will need to sign back in to all your devices with the new password.
